New Orleans bred, Houston based emcee C.I.T.Y. has an upcoming project titled Rolling Stone that's scheduled to drop on February 28th. He's recently been on a few local concerts opening for some big names in Hip-Hop and just last month was one of the 6 finalists in the Bad 2 Da Bone Talent Contest that was at House of Blues here in Houston.
