I did this mix a few days ago. At the time, I didn't have anything to do and boredom can sometimes push you to be productive. Just as I wanted my spirits uplifted, I hope this mix helps you to feel the same. Most of the song titles have the word LOVE, so help spread it. Won't hurt to share the mix either.
Erik Rico, the man with the master plan who has magic hands has released the first of his new EP series titled Love's Dance Vol.1. As the title says, be prepared to feel the love and to dance all you like to the percussion heavy foundation laid for the mellow chords and vitality in his vocal delivery. Track two, "Think of You", has a guest appearance by Taihisha, who also wrote the lyrics and melody. Love's Dance Vol.1 is available now at all major digital music retailers.
I was late checking my inbox for this compilation. After finally cracking it open and checking it out, I must say, then I might not say enough of how greatly impressed I am with this upcoming release titled The Heart Volume 2. If you're looking for an album (of sorts) that you can listen to from beginning to end, this is one to add to your collection.
This is an album for those who love Jazz and classic R&B. Whether you're soaking in the tub, about to have a candle lit dinner, or driving, this is a great soundtrack for any occasion. Those who made contributions are Marc Mac of 4 Hero, singer/producer Erik Rico, who's done tracks for Tupac Shakur, Jazz vocalist Diana Krall, Kan Sano, Portformat, Amalia, GB and more. For complete tracklisting, more info and to pre-order, log on to TDR: The Heart Vol. 2. CD editions will be available July 29th.
