Johnny Hammond, along with the world famous Mizell Brothers, have put their foot into this funky groove with a hardcore bassline and drums to match, that transformed to making its way into being sampled by Hip-Hop artists, like Stetsasonic, The Jungle Brothers, DMX and a few others.
