Koda & Bijou: There (A Sol Mechanic Remix)

Los Angeles based producer Koda has collaborated with Montreal based vocalist Bijou to work some electronic magic. A year ago they both dropped their single "There", but a few days ago, a friend of theirs, A Sol Mechanic gave it a retouch and released it on Bandcamp as a gift to listeners.

Pomo: Start Again Ft. Andrea Cormier

Happy Thursday! Just thought we would get you kicked into high gear this morning by posting a new track from Montreal multi-instrumentalist producer Pomo, known for his upbeat dance tracks that takes many electronica fans for a fantastic ride. "Start Again" is the first single from his debut EP The Other Day that will be released soon on HW&W Recordings. Vocals are provided by ambient and acoustic performer Andrea Cormier. Da-P dabeatX: Havok Highway

Here's a producer by the name of Da-P dabeatX from Montreal, Canada, who dropped this nice five track album earlier today on his Bandcamp page. My favorite is the opening track called "Tortoise". ENJOY!

ill-esha: Only Fair (Freddy Todd Remix)

Get your hump day bounce going with this Freddy Todd remix of ill-esha's "Only Fair" that he's been previewing at a few of his shows. Now it's available for purchase via iTunes and Beatport. Some of you may be familiar with ill-esha with her unique style of singing while she does her glitch-hop and dubstep DJ sets.

Submerse: Melonkoly [Elaquent Remix]

About two or three months ago I posted about English producer Submerse of the Project Mooncircle family. I've grown quite fond of his music since that time and recently he has released his Melonkoly album that's full of treats. The title track is remixed three times by beat makers such as Deft, RLP and Canadian producer Elaquent, who is also the subject of this post, who also gets plenty of spins here at The Record Realm office. Project Mooncircle has a treat for vinyl junkies with limited edition white pressings, that include download codes for the digital format with each purchase.

Mira Nova: You Are Loved

To show that I need to keep better track of things, I got home to read my email alerts from Soundcloud to see this chill, all vinyl DnB mix from DJ/producer Mira Nova of Edmonton, Canada. I had no idea she was following me, but she sure as hell has a follow from me now. I'm currently listening to this mix as I type and it sounds like she has a good ear for music. Be sure to check out her side project by the name of Tyto_ to get another dose of chill grooves. I'm looking forward to future projects from her. So let's all hit her up and ask for more. ENJOY!

Maylee Todd: Hieroglyphics (Tall Black Guy Remix)

In mid-December, Canadian vocalist Maylee Todd dropped her latest single "Hieroglyphics" as a free download via her website. However, for my vinyl junkies, she has a limited edition 7 inch of the single b/w a remix by Kon & The Gang. Now, we enter a third strike, but not in terms of striking out, with a phat ass remix by the great Tall Black Guy taking the controls (as usual) to deliver more head nod ish. ENJOY!
